Can I purchase without a subscription?
Of course! But only while supplies last. Extra inventories will be for sale on the website ten (10) days after the subscription release date on a first-come first-served basis. Be sure to get on our mailing list to be the first to know when the cart opens.
Can I gift the socks to someone else?
Absolutely! In fact a Thread Trip subscription is the perfect gift for those who are hard to buy for or seem to have everything. Parents, grandparents, college kids, employees, teachers, neighbors, your boss, you name it.
Gift subscriptions are available in 3 month, 6 month or 1 year duration. We will include a gift card in with their first box, or you can even have a personalized card sent ahead for an additional $2.
What is the deadline & when do they ship?
The subscription order deadline is the 10th of the month for the following month’s shipment. (e.g. October 10th for a November shipment).
Limited edition inventory purchases are processed and sent within 2 business days of the receipt of the order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is via USPS First Class and is FREE to the United States. (4-7 Business Days)
International Shipping is a flat fee of $7 per shipment via USPS First Class International. Please note International shipping can take up to 14 days (or more).
International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties for their respective countries.
Shipping for all returns is the responsibility of the customer.

What are the socks made of and who do they fit?
All socks are knit (vs. dyed) with a carefully selected ratio of combed cotton for softness, nylon for strength and a hint of spandex to keep them snug on your leg. Our socks are crew length (mid calf), are gender neutral and are “One Size Fits Most”.
